First semester brought the LLCEO team to many businesses, and today we reflect on our visit to Central Illinois Ag. We met with President and 5th generation owner, Michael Schmidt and Warranty Administrator Ashley Bryan. Mr. Schmidt spoke about his role and history with the agriculture business and the importance in establishing your network.

"Building a business cannot be done on your own - it takes a team." When it comes to your personal business, he advised students to "do something you enjoy! Have your plan ready and always be forward thinking."
