If you've ever been faced with a full table setting and been confused by which fork to use, you are not alone! Bethany Rademaker, Vice President of Events and Marketing for ACEC-Illinois joined us for a session on business dining etiquette.

From learning where to put your fork when finished with a course to a list of suggested topics for conversation (hint: not religion or politics), Bethany helped students be better prepared for future business encounters. Now these young professionals will know what to expect when a meal is involved for interviews, company events, and networking.

Flossie & Delzena's Coffee Cafe owner Heather Cosby graciously hosted our group and provided a delicious breakfast - complete with a beautiful table setting - for students to practice what they learned.
