The team recently met with Mike Meador of Meador Investigations. Mike described the process service he does in his business, but the focus of the morning was on how to be successful no matter what you choose to do in life. Mike offered encouragement to students "You already have an edge over your competition because you are in this class. Keep taking this seriously, keep being Mr./Miss Reliable." He urged students to find a business that does what they want to do and learn from them.

The discussion also included setting goals and money management. "Start with the end in mind. Make it extremely vivid and specific." One of the ways he advised students to reach their goals was by starting with the 10/10/80 rule: 10% giving, 10% saving/investing, and living on the remaining 80%.

At the end of the session, Mike left the team with this thought, "Your number one asset is your integrity." Thank you, Mr. Meador, for your encouragement to the CEO class and support of the program!
