We have been BUSY here at Land of Lincoln CEO! We started this very frigid morning with Mentor Day preparing for Banker Day tomorrow! Mentors stepped in to hear a business pitch, business plan and review financial documents from each student. Towards the end, the group came together for presentation advice. The key takeaway was to "walk in the room and be confident! Believe in what you are doing! Be excited!".
