Quincie McFarland, a Williamson County 2017 CEO alum and owner of McFarland & Associates visited the Land of Lincoln CEO group and held an engaging conversation about his journey—from being a young 12-year-old entrepreneur to growing his business, furthering his education, joining the military, and ultimately starting his company. Quincie not only discussed connecting "purpose to profit," but also emphasized the importance of not being complacent, continually learning, and avoiding the expectation of instant gratification in your entrepreneurial and educational journey.

Many thanks to Belleville CEO for the outstanding recommendation, and thank you, Quincie, for making the long trip to visit us! Our young entrepreneurs cannot thank you enough!
