The team dived right in after holiday break with a team building exercise - Lego copycat challenge!
This was a true team challenge where the builder could not see the model, but rely on verbal instructions from their teammates who guided the builder. This was a great way to see team dynamics flourish as members solely relied on trust and the art of communication.
We apply all these lessons and skills towards our individual businesses that are starting this semester!
