Featured guest speaker of the week was Jason Steffens, Senior Training Manager for Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits! Jason shared his expertise with the CEO team about proper business communication etiquette.

Jason advised the team to "set the tone" and to make sure to "portray confidence" in your business interactions. The CEO team was encouraged to write and practice their "elevator introductions", set up proper business voicemails, and even practiced drafting clear and concise business emails.

Jason has a long history in our area with extensive experience as an entrepreneur, having owned multiple restaurants and commercial properties before joining the Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits team.
